When you setup Application software your computer need to install the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 that shown as following message box :
You try to install it but it fails or missing the Framework. For some reason I can't download it from Microsoft. What could we do? Please see the following step I will guide you :
